The Real Estate industry has changed more in the last decade than it has in the last one hundred years. Old traditional brokerages are no longer viable. This has given rise to a new concept; “cloud based brokerages”. Although this concept was a bold move away from the status quo it is not the answer either. REALTORS® still need their brokerage’s and their broker’s support. Coldwell Banker Executives Realty has created a “Hybrid Model” between the outdated traditional models and the new exclusively cloud based models. Our new model is characterized by the following:

  1. Bricks and Mortar – For the last decade REALTORS® have been slowly moving out of the big expensive bricks and mortar offices. Technology has now made it so they can do their business from anywhere in the world. However, REALTORS® need a place to take their clients that is more professional than Tim Hortons or Starbucks. Our model has “signing offices”; a professional office with fast wi-fi and advanced technology for REALTORS® to take their clients without having to pay for expensive private offices that they no longer use.
  2. Advertising – Historically brokerages sold advertising services to REALTORS® either by including them in their high fees or charging an arm and a leg for them separately. Today with technology and the abundance of subcontractors like photographers, sign contractors, website and social media management companies etc. REALTORS® can do their advertising better, faster, and cheaper than brokerages can. Additionally the REALTORS® want to use their own choices for these contractors. Why are companies still charging for these services when they no longer supply them.
  3. Support – REALTORS® no longer need “rah rah” motivational sales training. There is a mountain of the best sales training on the planet on the internet that is accessible with a couple of clicks. However, what REALTORS® need now more than ever is focused training about staying out of trouble. Coldwell Banker Executives Realty has designed that training and brings it to our REALTORS® on a weekly basis. REALTORS® join our company because of the reduced fees. However, what they brag about to other REALTORS® is the training to make them better REALTORS® and keep the out of trouble.
  4. Broker Access – In the spirit of # 3 above REALTORS® also need access to a broker to ask questions about the many changes going on. Coldwell Banker Executives Realty has 4 brokers with over 80 years of combined experience. When you need a question answered immediately there is always someone there to answer it.
  5. Reduced Fees – In order to be competitive in today’s new brokerage environment Coldwell Banker Executives Realty adopted a concept; “Take Less money from more REALTORS®”. Smaller brokerages are failing and getting eaten up by larger brokerages across this North America.
